John Mayer, the singer-songwriter and infamous heartbreaker, is also a beauty vlogger. Well, a sarcastic one. Mayer treats his followers to hilarious social media updates of him reviewing skin care tips.

It all started back in 2016 when Mayer took to Snapchat to show fans all of the products he uses to keep his glowing complexion. He showed off his Proactiv face wash and a Natura Bissé moisturizer which, he explained, “is mostly used by people in their sixties and seventies,” according to Nylon. It never hurts to be ahead of the anti-aging game.

Now in 2018, Mayer is back at it. On his Instagram story, the singer proposed the question, "How is my skin so smooth?” How is it so smooth you may ask? Don't worry, he lets us all in on the secret. “I don’t smoke, and I don’t drink anymore, and I don’t go out in the sun, and I don’t eat, and I don’t love anybody, and I don’t...” he says before the video cuts out.
