This chef makes five-star meals with cannabis

Andrea Drummer, the executive chef at Elevation VI, is changing the way you consume cannabis. By artfully creating five-star dishes that are infused with legal marijuana, customers can indulge in fine dining while also relaxing with weed.
"I think the most common misconception is that I'm just out here to get people high. There's so much more to what I'm doing," Drummer told Attn. "I want you to have a full-on dining experience. Edibles are not just your pot brownies and your chocolate bars," she said.
Each strain of marijuana that Drummer uses is selected carefully and purposefully to cultivate both taste and effect. From a plate of braised beef cheeks with crispy mashed potatoes and bordelaise sauce to a bread pudding dessert with vanilla bean Crème anglaise, each dish is equally as tasty as it is potent.
As marijuana is being legalized in states across the country, Drummer wants to use fine dining as a platform to educate the public about the benefits of cannabis, and how truly tasty it can be.
