In September 2018, Childish Gambino will perform shows in Atlanta, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Houston, Dallas, Inglewood, Oakland, Seattle, and Vancouver. The artist posted a photo on his social media showing the exact dates.
The hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd, who are best known for their song 'Black Beatles,' will be opening for the entirety of the tour.
Glover announced that this would be his last stint in the music industry. The choice came from a changed perspective about the business. “Before my first album came out, I wanted people to like me, and to realize that I had good intentions. Then I realized that no one has good intentions—we all just have incentives,” Glover said according to NME.
Presale tickets are available on the Childish Gambino website Tuesday, March 6, and general tickets go on sale Friday, March 9.
