Glastonbury is back next year, and festival-goers are tense as ever. Tickets go on sale this week, with many different options and choices. Demand is incredibly high, especially since Glastonbury had its fallow year in 2017. Still, there are many ways to boost your chances of getting a golden ticket. Registering - First up, you need to register. You have to sign up on the official Glastonbury website, providing a relatively recent passport photo. Your photo can be rejected so make sure you start the process nice and early.

Stay updated - Festival bosses have asked registered users to update their photos, with a picture taken in the last two years. If you signed up before 2010, you’ll need to update your details. You can check your registration status on the official Glastonbury website.

On the buses - So when does everything go on sale? Well, coach package tickets are currently on sale (from October 4). There’s around 15,000 of those tickets up for sale.
