If you are still interested in Eva Longoria's mansion in the Hollywood Hills, now is the time to buy. The actor decided to cut the price for the Mediterranean-style house down by $500,000.
According to Mansion Global, "The hillside home spans more than 8,500 square feet and has six bedrooms. The main living spaces, including an open kitchen and great room, sit on the second level, with French doors out to a wraparound balcony." She originally bought the home in 2006 for $3.6 million.
Longoria is on a real estate spree as of late as she prepares for the birth of her first child. The 'Desperate Housewives' star has sold three homes in the Los Angeles area in the past 18 months, in addition to buying a new mansion in the Beverly Crest neighborhood. Longoria is reportedly in her third trimester of pregnancy, according to Page Six.
The Hollywood Hills home is currently listed with Loren Judd and Michael Fitzgerald of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
