Stan Lee has filed a $1 billion lawsuit against his former company Pow! Entertainment for alleged deceit. The iconic comic book writer and producer claims that Camsing International Holding has been taking advantage of his deteriorating eyesight, according to Page Six.

The lawsuit alleges that the Hong Kong-based company took advantage of Lee's macular degeneration condition to con him into signing away the exclusive right to use the famed Pow! Entertainment name.

This news comes after Lee's similar lawsuit against his former business manager, Jerardo Olivarez, who allegedly took $1.4 million from the writer's bank accounts, as well as allegedly using Lee's blood to create a commemorative stamp.

This new lawsuit claims that Olivarez, as well as Shane Duffy and Gill Champion, allegedly swindled Lee into signing a document that granted them the exclusive right to the name Pow! Entertainment and access to the company's official social media sites.

Through this legal action, Lee hopes to rescind the agreement altogether and claim “damages in excess of one billion dollars.”
