In a recent interview with the New York Times, the cast of 'Arrested Development' got emotional regarding the sexual misconduct and inappropriate set behavior allegations against Jeffrey Tembor throughout his career—including those alleged by costar Jessica Walter.

“I have to let go of being angry at him,” Walter said of an explosive incident between her and Tambor. In “almost 60 years of working, I’ve never had anybody yell at me like that on a set and it’s hard to deal with, but I’m over it now,” Walter told the NYT.

During the interview, Jason Bateman came to the defense of Tambor saying that yelling was common on set as that is how certain actors perform. After receiving widespread backlash for victim blaming, Bateman took to Twitter with a serious of apologetic statements.

"Based on listening to the NYT interview and hearing people’s thoughts online, I realize that I was wrong here," Bateman wrote. Read his full apology in the Tweets below:

The fifth season of 'Arrested Development' is set to release on May 29, however in light of recent headlines, the new season is off to a rocky start.
