Argento has recently been an outspoken part of the #MeToo movement, contributing to a Ronan Farrow article for the New Yorker last October about her alleged rapist, Harvey Weinstein. Argento accuses Weinstein of assaulting her at a party after his then-company Miramax distributed her film, 'B. Monkey'. Bourdain is being remembered for his advocacy and support of the #MeToo movement.
