Alec Baldwin, Cher and Robert De Niro lead protest against Trump inauguration

One day before the inauguration of Donald Trump as American president, artists, politicians and representatives organized a protest against the Republican. The demonstration was held in front of the Trump International Hotel & Tower in New York City, and featured big names such as Alec Baldwin, Cher, Robert De Niro, Meryl Streep and Michael Moore.
They all had plenty to say, but arguably the highlight of the evening came when Baldwin—whose imitations of Trump on ‘Saturday Night Live’ have had plenty of exposure—impersonated the president-elect once again, making reference to his supposed taste for ‘golden showers’. The gag drew plenty of laughs, and broke the tense atmosphere that had fallen on the event.
