Sometimes you really can have too much of a good thing, just ask rapper Lil Xan. The 'Live or Die' artist was sent to the hospital after eating too many Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

Taking to his Instagram Stories, Lil Xan shared a photo of himself laying down in the back of an emergency ambulance. Of course, his fans immediately began to panic, thinking the worst had happened.

The rapper then followed up, assuring everything it was merely a spicy snack related incident. He said, "I just want to let everyone know I was in the hospital not due to any drugs, but I guess I ate too many Hot Cheetos, and it ripped something in my stomach open." Lil Xan didn't say how many bags of Cheetos he consumed, but he did say he "puked a little blood."

Apparently, Flamin' Hot Cheeto overdoses are more common than you may have thought for a grocery store chip. Eating too much spicy food can lead to gastritis and ulcer-related problems. Lil Xan continued to say that Cheetos are "are one hell of a drug," but he insists "we good."
