In the world of bizarre celebrity beauty trends, famed actress Kate Beckinsale may win for promoting the most bizarre of them all. The star took to Instagram in a now-deleted post to share her experience with the EGF facial, a skin serum that is actually derived from “Korean baby foreskins.”

Georgia Louise, an aesthetician known for working with Hollywood celebrities designed the US$650 facial treatment. After receiving a facial peel and micro-needling, the "foreskin infused" serum is applied to the face.

In Beckinsale's now-deleted post she described her first time trying EGF as “amazing,” and joked, “after a long flight I do like to lie down and be covered in a mask of liquefied cloned foreskins — frankly who doesn’t?”

Beckinsale is joining other prominent celebrities is trying out this bizarre facial. Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett caused a stir by trying out EGF publicly.

Bullock even went on The Ellen Show to say, “When you see how good it is to your face, you too will run to your local facialist and say, ‘Give me the penis.’”
