16-year-old model Kaia Gerber has landed a campaign for Chanel. The rising star is the face behind Chanel’s new Spring/Summer ‘18 handbag campaign. Gerber was shot by creative director Karl Lagerfeld at Coco Chanel’s house in Paris. The black-and-white spread features several images of Gerber draped in outfits from Chanel’s new season collection. The model follows London it girl Adwoa Aboah, who recently starred in her first Chanel campaign modelling eyewear.
At 16-years-old, Gerber already has a successful career in fashion. The young model has walked the runway for brands including Prada, Fendi, and Versace. She is also one to watch at Paris Fashion Week, hitting the runway in all black for a Yves Saint Laurent show. Gerber will also collaborate with Karl Lagerfeld on a ready-to-wear collection due in September.
Kaia Gerber is signed with IMG Models. She is the daughter of world famous models Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber.
