Kendall and Kylie Jenner have dodged another copyright lawsuit. Last year, the sisters launched a t-shirt collection for their Kendall + Kylie label. The line featured t-shirts branded with iconic musicians. Tupac Shakur, Notorious B.I.G., and Ozzy Osbourne all featured, causing a stir on social media and beyond. Sharon Osbourne and B.I.G.’s mother, Voletta Wallace, expressed their dissatisfaction with the clothes. Dazed reports that photographer Michael Miller even alleged that his photos of 2Pac were “misappropriated and wrongfully exploited”. He went on to file a lawsuit, asking for over £100,000 for every image used.
A new court filing reveals that the case has been dropped. The filing doesn’t disclose whether there was a cash settlement. However, a pending lawsuit from Notorious B.I.G.’s estate is active.
