For Disneyland enthusiasts and ice cream aficionados, pineapple Dole Whip is one of the signature flavors that embodies the Happiest Place on Earth. In June, Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, CA, is expanding attractions by rebranding Paradise Pier with Pixar-inspired dining options.
Bringing good news to soft serve savants, a 'Monsters, Inc' dessert stand will offer a new flavor of Dole Whip. Titled "Don’t Worry, It’s Lemon,” the ice cream will be yellow and capped with melted white chocolate. This lemon Dole Whip is referring to the 2001 film scene where the Himalayan Yeti offered lemon snowcones to Mike Wazowski.
With the overwhelming success of pineapple-flavored Dole Whip, many wonder if this new lemon soft serve will attract the same cult following as its predecessor. Park guests can get their lemon Dole Whip at the Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats stand. In addition to the classic treat, you can try it in a parfait version with blue raspberry slush to match the Yeti.
