This service is revolutionizing clothing donations
The Give Back Box
One woman is on a mission to revolutionize charitable clothing donation. Monika Weila created Give Back Box, a nonprofit organization that turns ordinary cardboard boxes into shippable donation containers.
"One day I was walking, and I saw a homeless person sitting on the street, holding a sign which said, 'I need shoes.' And I had this feeling like I'm supposed to do something about this," Weila told NowThis.
All it takes is printing out a pre-paid shipping label, attaching it to a standard cardboard box, and sending it in the mail like normal. Give Back Boxes ship directly to charitable outlets such as Goodwill and Salvation Army around the country.
