Shania Twain acts now, co-starring with John Travolta

Did you ever expect to see the Queen of Country, Shania Twain, acting? Well now she is, and she’ll be starring alongside one of the icons of the disco era—John Travolta.
“There's nothing better than chilling out and watching a movie so I'm super excited for Trading Paint and I'm just really thankful to John Travolta for having me involved,” tweeted Twain, along with a clip from the movie.

Twain plays Becca in the film by director Karzan Kader.
IMDB described the movie:
“A veteran race car driver and his son, a fellow driver, overcome family and professional conflicts, balancing competition, ego, resentment and a racing nemesis to come out stronger on the other side.”
The movie was shot in Alabama. It also co-stars Michael Madsen, who appeared with Travolta in several Quentin Tarantino films.
‘Trading Paint’ is currently only scheduled for release in the United States, coming out June 1.
