Wes Anderson's latest stop-motion masterpiece, 'Isle of Dogs,' is not just family-friendly, but puppy-friendly as well. A movie theater in Dublin, Ireland decided to pack the house with wagging tales and happy owners.
As their first dog-friendly screening, Light House Cinema, in conjunction with 20th Century Fox, made special seat arrangements so people could cuddle with their furry companions during the showing.
Anderson's 'Isle of Dogs' follows a group of misplaced pups as they explore an exiled island of trash to find a young boy's missing four-legged friend.
“The dogs were so well behaved and despite some fabulous on-screen whistling, barking and howling our special audience were pretty much 100% chilled,” Siobhan O’Donovan of Doggy Do said of the special screening, according to Today Tells. “Some nodded off, some sat up and seemed to really enjoy the action. We were thrilled with the interest and that everyone had such a good time.”
The pups gave 'Isle of Dogs' two paws up.
