The official trailer for 'The Girl in the Spiders Web' has been released and audiences are already on the edge of their seats. Claire Foy will star as Lisbeth Salander, a haunting anti-hero on a mission to right wrongs, no matter the cost.
It's definitely a departure from her role as the young Queen Elizabeth in the Netflix series 'The Crown'. This is the second film to be adapted from the 'Millennium' series, published posthumously by author Stieg Larsson. Foy takes over the role from Rooney Mara, who appeared in 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo', which was released in 2011.
The official film Twitter account released the trailer.
