Callum “Halfway” Highway is the centre of a thrilling new story on ‘Eastenders’. The character, played by Tony Clay, was introduced earlier this year. After behaving a little strangely, Halfway is confronted by Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty). Dean knew something was up, but she could never have anticipated what was behind Halfway’s behaviour. Turns out that when he was in the army, Halfway suffered a deeply traumatic experience that left him emotionally scarred. Though Whitney is proud of Halfway’s heroism, not everything is what it seems.

After hooking up with him, Whitney begins to see Halfway acting strange once again. He’s ignoring calls, texts and evading Whitney at all costs. But what gives? Linda Carter may have the answers, after £50 goes missing from the till of The Vic. The blame’s pinned on Halfway, but why would he do such a thing?
