By a female masseuse
"The last thing I remember was she got naked and she was in the tub with me, and rubbing my back and rubbing areas she probably shouldn't have. And then I was put in bed. I woke up naked. Don't remember much," Phillips said.
Podcast #79 now up at: https://t.co/InnM8QKlDF is a very candid and revealing interview with former "Bachelorette," Meredith Phillips. In it, she talks publicly for the first time about about an alleged sexual abuse that happened to her while she was the Bachelorette.— RealitySteve (@RealitySteve) May 23, 2018
Phillips explained that after this incident she considered leaving the show, but ended up staying to complete the season. ABC and the show executives declined to comment on the accusations.
This news comes after the series had already received overwhelming backlash from the controversial and revealing book 'Bachelor Nation,' by Amy Kaufman.
